Hello. Approximately two weeks ago, I ordered delivery for Gen Tso's chicken. The driver went to an address where I have not lived for over seven years (Eve though I confirmed and spelled my address on the phone three times).....arriving with something that did not resemble Gen Tso's chicken in ANY way at all. Last night, I tried again... ordered Kung pao chicken and got a shrimp dish instead. Today, I find on my bank statement that I was charged $167.43 for an order that should have been comped anyway for the screw up. We won't even go into a carry out order for what turned out to be cockroach fried rice.

THREE STRIKES - THEY'RE OUT and am thinking of calling the health department as well.
